Learn Calming Tools to Enhance Well‐Being in a Stressful World with Yoga Therapist Corinne Krill, MA, who specializes in working with individuals with anxiety and depression

Being a teenager these days is more fraught with pressure than ever, and knowing how to bring inner calm in a stressful world is key for increasing health, focus, productivity and happiness. In this 90-minute experiential workshop you will learn and practice breath and mindfulness techniques to calm frazzled nerves, minimize overwhelmed reactions, and reduce anxiety through simple exercises you can integrate throughout your day. You will also learn ways to decrease stress, improve sleep, increase energy, calm your nervous system and become more focused.
